Philatelic Philography - Sachin Tendulkar

Autographed by Sachin Tendulkar

Philatelic Philography is a collection of autographs, on philatelic materials by the persons related to or somehow associated with that particular philatelic matter.

Autograph is a signature, mostly by a famous person or celebrity, to be preserved by his or her admirer or fan as a memento. It has to be by the signatory person's own handwriting. While Philography is a hobby of collection of autographs, Philately is a hobby of collection of postage stamps and allied materials and studies about them.

Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar, born 24 April 1973, is a former international cricketer of India who served as captain of the Indian national team. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest batsmen in the history of cricket.
